Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of reloom (reloom.life), a Human Design service that computes bodygraph charts and generates AI-guided readings. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If something here is unclear, write to [email protected] — we answer.
1. The service
reloom turns birth data (date, time and place of birth) into a Human Design bodygraph and written readings. Charts are computed from astronomical data; readings are interpretations of that geometry generated with the help of AI, in plain language.
reloom is offered for self-reflection, personal insight and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a diagnostic tool. Do not use readings as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, and do not make significant life decisions based solely on them.
2. Your account
You need an account to use reloom. Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create one.
You may add profiles for other people (for example to explore compatibility). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share their birth data with us — in practice: ask them first.
3. Plans, billing and refunds
reloom has a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Each reading is generated once and saved to your account — it is never re-billed. Because readings are produced and delivered immediately, they are exempt from withdrawal once generated; if something went genuinely wrong, contact us and we will make it right.
4. Connected sites and the WordPress plugin
You can connect external sites (for example via our WordPress plugin) to your reloom account using an access token. Anything a connected site does with that token counts as use under your account and your plan. You can revoke a connection at any time from your dashboard. Keep tokens secret; if one leaks, revoke it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, or to harass, deceive or profile others without their knowledge;
- probe, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service or its API;
- resell or systematically extract charts or readings outside the plans that permit it;
- share your account or circumvent plan limits.
6. Your content, our service
The birth data and profiles you enter remain yours. You give us the limited licence we need to compute charts, generate readings and operate the service — nothing more. The reloom name, design, software and the readings’ presentation are ours or our licensors’ and are protected by intellectual-property law. Readings generated for you are yours to use personally.
7. AI-generated content
Readings are generated by AI models working from your chart’s geometry. They are crafted with care, but AI can be imprecise or generic in places. Treat readings as a gentle mirror, not an oracle: take what resonates, leave what doesn’t.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep reloom available and improving, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will refund the unused portion of your plan.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. On deletion, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made on the basis of charts or readings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law lets you choose your local court. EU consumers also have access to the European ODR platform.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as reloom evolves. For material changes we will notify you (by email or in the app) before they take effect. Continuing to use reloom after that means you accept the updated terms.
