Question 1

What is reloom?

Accepted Answer

reloom turns your exact birth moment into a living Human Design chart, then into clear, personal readings you can actually use — decisions, energy, relationships, work, health and more. No jargon required: the readings explain your design in plain language.

Question 2

Why do you need my exact birth time?

Accepted Answer

Human Design is calculated from the precise positions of the planets at your birth (and about three months before it). Even a 15–30 minute difference can shift a line or gate. If you are not sure, check your birth certificate — and know that charts marked with a ≈ sit close to a boundary, where the exact minute decides.

Question 3

I do not know my birth time. Can I still use reloom?

Accepted Answer

Yes — enter your best estimate (many people use 12:00). Your Type, Profile and most of your chart usually stay stable across a few hours. For the finest detail (Variables, some lines) an accurate time matters, so it is worth tracking down if you can.

Question 4

What do the readings cover?

Accepted Answer

Each profile gets a set of focused readings: a quick overview, a full reading, channels, centers, profile, gates, health, sport, sleep, nervous system, grief & transitions, career, astrology and more. Each one covers its own territory, so together they read like chapters of one book about you.

Question 5

Can I add other people to my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes — add a profile for anyone with their birth details (with their consent). How many profiles you can hold depends on your plan, from a handful on Personal up to hundreds on Studio and Agency.

Question 6

How do I share a chart with someone?

Accepted Answer

Open the profile and create a share link. Anyone with the link sees a read-only page with the bodygraph, chart details and the readings — in the profile’s own language — without needing an account. You can revoke the link at any time.

Question 7

Can I compare two people?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Compatibility weaves two charts together: the connection channels you form, where you energize each other, and where friction lives. Teams does the same for groups.

Question 8

In which languages are the readings available?

Accepted Answer

Readings are generated in English and can be served in Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. A profile has its own language, and share pages follow it — chart descriptions included.

Question 9

Can I regenerate a reading?

Accepted Answer

Yes — each reading can be refreshed. Earlier versions are kept, so nothing is lost. Regenerating is useful after feedback, a birth-time correction, or when new chart detail becomes available.

Question 10

Can I listen to my reading?

Accepted Answer

Yes — readings have a Listen option that reads them aloud, so you can take a reading in on a walk instead of a screen.

Question 11

What do the ▲, ▼ and ✱ marks in my chart mean?

Accepted Answer

They show how strongly a planet fixes that line’s expression: ▲ exalted (the line at its best), ▼ detriment (its friction and growth face), ✱ juxtaposed (fixed in its own neutral expression). A ≈ means the activation sits close to a line boundary, where the exact birth minute decides.

Question 12

Which plans are there?

Accepted Answer

Free lets you start with your own chart. Personal is for you and your closest people. Practitioner, Studio and Agency add room for client work — more profiles, more readings, and features like translations and the API. Full details live on the pricing page.

Question 13

How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?

Accepted Answer

From your account’s billing page, any time. Cancelling stops future charges at the end of the paid period — you keep full access until then, and your profiles and readings are retained, so re-subscribing later restores everything.

Question 14

Where are my invoices?

Accepted Answer

Every payment produces an invoice you can view and download from the billing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; reloom never sees or stores your card number.

Question 15

What happens with my birth data?

Accepted Answer

Birth data is used for exactly one thing: calculating charts. It is never sold or used for advertising. The privacy policy lists every processor that touches it and how long data is kept.

Question 16

Can I delete my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can delete individual profiles yourself, and you can request full account deletion at hello@reloom.life. Deletion removes your profiles, charts and readings.

Question 17

Can I show charts and readings on my own website?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the reloom Human Design WordPress plugin connects your site to your reloom account and renders charts and readings there, always in sync. An API is available on the higher plans for custom integrations.

Question 18

I have an idea or found a problem. Where do I send it?

Accepted Answer

Use User Voice — the board at the bottom of the app’s sidebar. Share the idea, others vote, and the top of that list genuinely shapes the roadmap. Bugs are welcome there too.
