reloom
For teams & HR

Help your team understandhow it works together.

Most team friction is not about bad intentions. People simply work, decide and recharge in different ways. reloom gives teams, team coaches and HR advisors a shared language for those differences.

The reloom Top matches report, ranking pairs of demo profiles by connection strength with counts of electromagnetic and shared connections
Top matches: the strongest connections in a group, shown with demo profiles.

The whole team

See the group, not only the individuals

Select up to eight people and get one reading about the group as a whole: the roles people naturally take, where energy flows, and which friction to manage.

Team compatibility

One reading for the group: roles, energy and friction. On Studio.

Plain language

Readings work for people who have never heard of Human Design.

Two colleagues

Get to the bottom of working relationships

When two people keep missing each other, compare their charts. Readings for working partnerships and for managers and their reports give you concrete starting points for a good conversation.

Learn how to support someone in a way that actually suits them.

Conflict repair

Find out where a recurring disagreement may come from, and what could help.

Used with care

For development, never for selection

reloom supports conversations in a team that has chosen to have them. A chart should never decide who gets hired, promoted or let go. Birth data is personal, so taking part should always be voluntary.

Voluntary

Everyone decides for themselves whether to share their birth data.

Not for selection

Do not use charts in recruitment, assessments, promotions or dismissals.

A starting point

A reading opens a conversation. It does not label anyone or replace professional judgement.

Which plan suits a team?

Team compatibility is part of Studio, which holds 100 profiles and 300 readings a month and lets you invite team members. Bigger organisations can ask about Agency, which starts at 500 profiles.

Questions from teams and HR

Can reloom be used for recruitment or selection?
No, we advise against it. A chart is not a scientifically validated assessment, and using birth data to judge candidates or employees can raise legal problems around privacy and discrimination. Use reloom for voluntary team development only.
How many people can a team reading include?
A team reading covers up to eight people at a time. Larger teams can be read in smaller groups, and Studio holds up to 100 profiles.
Does everyone need to take part?
No. Taking part should always be voluntary. Ask for consent before adding someone’s birth data, and make sure nobody is at a disadvantage if they decline.
Do team members need to know Human Design?
No. Readings are available in plain language, so people can join the conversation without any background.
Is Human Design scientifically proven?
No. Human Design is a reflective framework and has not been scientifically validated. It works best as a shared language for a conversation, not as a measurement of people.
Which plan do we need?
Team compatibility is part of Studio. If you need more than 100 profiles, email hello@reloom.life to ask about the Agency tier.
